Connect once in the browser, then use the data in the Claude app on your phone.

How to start

  1. In the Claude browser (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).
  2. Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  3. https://fitness-mcp.cohen-amit.workers.dev/mcp

    This is the URL for Add custom connector.

  4. Sign in to Fitness MCP and approve Connect.

You need a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan.

The connection is read-only. You can disconnect it any time from Claude or Fitness MCP.
